Loading-Pods

Specification

The loading pod is a free standing structure that is bolted to the outside of a building to create a loading bay and therefore not encroaching on the space inside the building.

These are custom designed to suit the required sizes and applications.

The structure can be fully insulated with panels or just a single skin profiled cladding sheet finished in any RAL colour.

The usual loading pod configuration comes with a hinge lip or telescopic lip dock leveller and a dock shelter, retractable or insulated whichever is most suitable to the application.

Generally the front fascia would include either a foam pad dock seal (DR100/101) or shelter (DR300) depending on vehicle requirements.

The pod can come complete with walkways, door, leveller, bumpers, traffic lights and control panel.
