Rapid rolls are high-speed doors constructed from a heavy duty flexible material that opens by rolling around a barrel situated at the top of the opening. They are designed to be used in situations where frequent use is expected, providing simple and rapid access to optimise the flow of people, goods or equipment and products.

These doors provide protection from noise, dust and heat loss without being a static barrier.

The rapid rolls’ simplicity allows them to be easily adapted to almost any application; internal or external. They provide functionality, safety and efficiency, in full compliance with all regulatory requirements.

SECTOR PLUS

This is a counterweight balanced roll-up door.
The modular curtain design allows damaged sections of curtain to be easily replaced without changing the entire curtain.
Counterweights ensure safe and reliable, and high performance for very heavy-duty use applications.
Designed for high use and to be compact and heavy duty, these doors also feature a fully coated frame housing the motor, the control and safety devices and the balancing systems.
In addition to being good value for money, Sector doors also boast a high level of flexibility, ensured by the structure and by the availability of several designs.

This is a non-counterweight balanced roll-up door with external motor.
The full curtain allows for smooth rolling and easy assembly.
It has been designed to provide a very functional door, to make installation easier and to allow smooth operation of all its components.
A sturdy and compact supporting structure, DITEC genuine motor and components, brilliantly designed and tested – these are the main features which make Smart a safe and very smart door but, above all, easy and quick to install and practical to maintain and inspect.

SECTOR RESET

This is a counterweight balanced self-repairing door.
The door is designed for very intense use and is fitted with a special and innovative self-repairing system. The curtain is held in place by zips on either side. If the curtain is accidentally knocked, pushing it out of position, a simple and automatic opening and closing manoeuvre puts the curtain back in place.

This is a motor driven non-counterweight balanced self-repairing door.
Designed to be a high performance door for heavy duty applications with the innovative self-repairing system; should the curtain accidentally get dislodged, it will automatically be recovered with a simple opening and closing operation.

This is a counterweight balanced fold-up door.
Sturdy, reliable, and ideal for medium to large openings.
Traffic doors are the ideal solution for external entrances and can easily operate in the most diverse situations, even in windy conditions or in very low pressure rooms.
The counterweighted balancing system and the INVERTER system ensure high operating standards in terms of performance and safety.
Designed with the BUILT IN system, it boasts a very smart built-in structure housing the motor, the counter weighted balancing system, the control and safety devices and the rapid semi-automatic reopening system.

This is a counterweight balanced fold-up door designed for doors with large dimensions. They either utilise a larger motor than the Traffic C model, or use two motors.
Sturdy, reliable, and ideal for medium to large openings.
Traffic doors are the ideal solution for external entrances and can easily operate in the most diverse situations, even in windy conditions or in very low pressure rooms.
Boasting all the main basic features of Traffic C, it is sturdy and untiring, and is suitable to operate very large external entrances.
It is unique as for reliability and safety, thanks to its motor and its modular counterweighted system with rapid semi-automatic reopening facility.

Curtain Material ; Coloured, transparent, insulated

The curtains are made of transparent PVC or polyester and come in a vast range of colours; the transparent curtain solution allows occupational safety to be improved, facilitating easy and rapid passage crossing, and the wide colour availability allows the doors to be adapted to your company colours.

• • Polyester – Very strong, wide colour range available, provides protection down to -30°c
  • PVC – Very strong, allows vision windows or transparent curtains, provides protection down to -5°c
    

     

  • Thick – A special insulated 3.5mm thick curtain is available for full curtain doors (Smart Reset, Sector Reset, Flash CS), which has a heat transfer coefficient of 4 W/m2K (UNI 7745).

European Regulations

All the doors are designed, tested and certified with the latest use and safety regulations as determined by the European Standardization Committee, CEN. According to CEN, maintenance of industrial doors is required at least once a year. Yiannis Doors can provide servicing for all the doors we supply.
